Is my package insured during transport?+
JM Bullion fully insures all its shipments. If anything happens during the transport of your order to you, this will be covered by our insurance policy as set out in this Section 13 of our Terms and ConditionsTerms and conditions. Please read this section of the Terms and Conditions carefully.
If we discover that the package has been lost or damaged, we will file a claim. We reserve the right to resend your items or refund your money at our sole discretion.
My package appears to have been damaged or tampered with. I need to do this?+
We recommend that you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with, as shipping insurance ends when signed and/or delivered. If rejected, packages will be returned to JM Bullion for inspection. If you obtained damaged or tampered packaging, retain all packaging and contact JM Bullion at 1-800-276-6508 within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of any damage or tampering within 48 hours of the signature or delivery date may affect our ability to honor your claim.
When will I receive my order?+
When you receive your order mainly depends on three factors
- When we receive your payment (you will need to arrange/send checks and wire transfers).
- Please note that you will receive a billable email once payment has been received.
- Waiting period after payment has been made.
- Depending on your payment method, we will place the order on hold once payment has been received and cleared. Retention periods by payment method are listed in the checkout process and in your confirmation email. Paper checks take longer and are held for up to five business days after payment is received.
- shipping method and transit time.
- UPS 3-Day Air is the fastest and most reliable shipping method. These are usually delivered within 1-3 business days of dispatch.
- USPS is less consistent on transit time and tracking accuracy.
What happens if my order is lost during transport?+
All packages sent by JM Bullion are insured under certain conditions. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, you must contact us immediately. Lost in transit is defined by the USPS as a tracking that has not been updated for 5 or more calendar days. With UPS it's 3 calendar days. You must contact us within 7 days of the last USPS tracking and 3 days of the last UPS tracking. If you do not contact us within these timeframes, your insurance will not cover the package.
Once you contact us, we will review the shipment with the carrier and begin the claim process. The claims process can take 30 days or more to process and many shipments lost in transit are delayed. When the package is delivered, you must notify us within 24 hours.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?+
While it is unlikely that your order will be damaged in transit and/or items are missing, we request that you contact JM Bullion immediately so that we can begin the claim process. If you have taken possession of a damaged and/or missing shipment, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to contact us in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Do I have to sign my package?+
Signature is not required for orders under $1,000 unless this option is selected and paid for at checkout. Orders over $1000 always require a signature for delivery. Please note that as per our terms and conditions, our liability ends when the package is delivered. Be available and attentive to receive the order when the courier arrives. Due to COVID 19, the post office does not always receive a signature.
What happens if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?+
Please note that JM Bullion is not responsible for refunds or insurance claims for packages that were successfully delivered as scheduled. Our liability and insurance ends the moment the package is signed for or delivered to the specified delivery address. Any issue or issue with a shipment MUST be reported to JM Bullion within two (2) calendar days of registered mail, otherwise JM Bullion may refuse any claim.
Do you ship internationally?+
We only ship to US addresses (including PO Boxes and APO addresses). We do not ship to US territories.
Do I have to send my order to my billing address?+
Depending on your payment method, your order may be shipped to an address other than your billing address. If you're paying by check, wire transfer, ACH, Ethereum, Ripple or Bitcoin, you can have your order delivered anywhere you like, with two exceptions, UPS locations and mail forwarding locations. If you pay by credit/debit card, it will depend on your order history. For credit cards, order using your billing address as your shipping address, then call us to see if we can switch to an alternative. If you pay via PayPal, your order must be shipped to a PayPal verified address.
How do I know when my order will ship?+
We will notify you via email once your order has shipped. You can also check the current status by logging into your account or using ourtrack an orderbook page.
How do I choose the shipping method?+
You can choose how your order will be shipped during the checkout process. In the last section of the checkout page, 4 Shipping Method, you will see the available shipping options for your order. If your purchase is eligible for free shipping, your pre-selected option is basic shipping, which may be USPS or UPS at our discretion. If you want to upgrade your shipping, you can choose one of the other options for a small fee. Simply click the circle next to your desired shipping method and your order will ship using that method.
If my order contains a pre-order item, will in-stock items ship first?+
Unfortunately, due to the way an order is handled, everything must ship at once (i.e., in-stock items must wait to ship until all pre-ordered items have arrived). Your order will be shipped in full within 24-72 hours of receiving your pre-order item. An email notification will be sent when your order has shipped.
Do you ship to US territories?+
We do not ship to US territories Due to special postal system requirements, we are unable to ship outside US states.
Or what does "No Will Call" mean?+
All UPS shipments are shipped with a do not call restriction, which means the package cannot be picked up at a UPS location. This is a precautionary measure to prevent fraudulent order interception.
UPS will make three delivery attempts. If no one is present at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
Where do you ship orders from?+
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. We mask our return address on all packages to avoid revealing package contents.
Do you offer UPS shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?+
No, we won't. Shipping costs to these locations are extremely prohibitive, so we use USPS for all shipments.
We ship to P.O. boxes?+
Yes! When products are shipped via the United States Postal Service, we may ship to a P.O. Crate. Please note that for shipments to P.O. Boxes are finished once the package is shown delivered.
Do you ship to UPS locations?+
We may ship to such companies, including UPS stores, various postal and packaging stores, couriers, etc. However, these are private companies not owned by UPS, USPS, etc. Therefore, our shipping insurance does not cover lost packages or items shipped to these locations if tracking shows they have been delivered.
How do you ship orders?+
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging via USPS or UPS.* All shipments are fully insured. You can check our shipping policy based on order size.Here.
