Gold bars are one of the most popular means of storing wealth around the world. Gold bars have been used for thousands of years and remain valuable in the 21st century as a hedge against uncertainty and wild swings in the stock markets. One of the many benefits of owning gold is the variety of options available. Today, several mints offer 20 ounce gold bars through a single JM Bullion quote.
Bar Highlights:
- Available to you in a shipping box with protective materials!
- Other requirements!
- mother like!
- Contains 20 troy ounces of .999+ pure gold.
- Front and back designs vary by mint.
- Please note that if you purchase multiple bars, you may get matching designs and conditions on your bars.
Gold bars have been a symbol of wealth for thousands of years and are used as a means of storing individual and national wealth. Before the abandonment of the gold standard, many sovereign governments around the world issued only enough cash in circulation that could be backed by physical gold. Although this is no longer the case, nations like the United States still hoard billions of dollars in gold bullion.
All of the 20 oz gold bars available on this product listing are available in a variety of conditions from each mint. These gold bars will likely be shipped in a packaging box that includes protective materials around the bar for shipping purposes only. If the bars, including the original packaging, are available when your order ships, you will receive the original packaging.
JM Bullion offers you these 20-ounce gold bars in different conditions from each mint. The condition of the bars can range from new to those with varying degrees of wear on the bars. It is also possible that the poles have manufacturing defects. All bars are randomly selected and we cannot guarantee the specific product you will receive. If you purchase multiple, you may receive multiple matching 20 oz gold bars.
The back and reverse designs of these 20 oz gold bars vary from product to product. Designs on the front of the bar typically feature the image of the mint's logo and identifying marks that include the weight, purity, and metal content of the bar. The back field of these 20-ounce gold bars will likely have a blank field or a simple repeating design, such as the logo of the mint that issued the bar.

When will I recive my order?+
When you receive your order depends mainly on three factors
- When we receive your payment (checks and money orders must be initiated/sent by you).
- Please note that you will receive a chargeable email once payment has been received.
- Retention period after cleared payment.
- Depending on your payment method, we will reset the order once the payment has been received and cleared. Wait times by payment method are listed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Paper checks take longer and are held for up to five business days after payment is received.
- shipping method and transit time.
- UPS 3-Day Air is the fastest and most reliable method of shipping. Usually delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment.
- USPS is less consistent in transit time and tracking accuracy.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?+
All packages sent by JM Bullion are insured under certain conditions. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, you should contact us immediately. Lost in Transit is defined by the USPS as a tracking number that has not been updated for 5 or more calendar days. With UPS it is 3 calendar days. You must contact us within 7 days of last tracking for USPS and 3 days of last tracking for UPS. If you do not contact us within these time frames, your insurance will not cover the package.
Once you have contacted us, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and begin the claim process. The claim process can take 30 days or more and many shipments lost in transit are delayed. When the package is delivered, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Please also see Section 13 of our General Terms and Conditions.
