Ingredients

  • 2 spoon of white vinegar
  • 3/8 cup of milk (3 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons of fat
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (and extra for donuts)
  • 1 No
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 cups sifted flour (you may need more)
  • 1/2 baking powder spoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying (or use canola oil, it's healthier)

For the chocolate version:

  • Increase sugar to 3/4 cup
  • Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder to the dry ingredients
  • Or add 2 ounces. unsweetened chocolate, melted, butter/sugar
