You can create invoices in Internet Banking.
Before you can pay your bill using online banking, you need to create a beneficiary list. Log in to Internet Banking, and select "Manage Beneficiaries" on the account overview page. You can then select "Add Beneficiary" from the menu on the left and follow the instructions.
Here's how you can pay online:
- On the Account Summary page, go to Express Payments and Transfers on the right side of the page. When viewing your checking or savings account, you can also click "Pay Bill" in the information box at the top of the page.
- Select the amount, the From account, and the recipient in the To field.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select Submit.
You can ensure payments and transfers happen on a predetermined frequency or on specific days, whether you're at home or not. You just need to indicate the amount and frequency of the transfer (eg weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
